We have in place a central support team staffed by qualified employees at your service from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to assist with operating instructions, explanations, troubleshooting, and of course, special requirements. The team can be reached by phone or email. We use standardized reporting and qualification procedures for optimal communication. If need be, you will be assigned a single contact who can coordinate all your activities.
